Haloo Tours - Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Confirmation
1.1. All tour bookings must be made in advance through our official website, email, or authorized agents.
1.2. A booking confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment.
1.3. Customers must provide accurate details, including full name, contact information, and any special requirements.
2. Payment & Pricing
2.1. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
2.3. Payments can be made via credit/debit card, or other approved payment methods.
2.4. Any additional charges such as entrance fees, meals, or personal expenses are not included unless specified.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
3.1. All tours booked are confirmed, no cancellation and not refundable.
3.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 working days.
3.3. Haloo Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns). Customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Changes & Rescheduling
4.1. Any changes to bookings must be requested at least 3 days before the tour date and are subject to availability.
4.2. Haloo Tours reserves the right to make itinerary adjustments due to weather, traffic, or other operational reasons.
5. Tour Participation & Conduct
5.1. Customers must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure.
5.2. No Show or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the tour without refund.
5.3. Customers must follow all safety instructions and respect local laws and customs.
5.4. Haloo Tours reserves the right to refuse service to any customer displaying inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.
6. Liability & Insurance
6.1. Haloo Tours is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, or delays caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances.
6.2. Customers are encouraged to have travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal liability, and trip cancellations.
6.3. Haloo Tours shall not be liable for any missed flights, transportation, or accommodation arrangements due to delays beyond our control.
7. Special Requests & Medical Conditions
7.1. Customers with dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or accessibility requirements should inform Haloo Tours at the time of booking.
7.2. While we strive to accommodate special requests, they are subject to availability and feasibility.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
8.1. Customer information is collected for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8.2. Haloo Tours may use customer photos/videos taken during tours for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
9.2. Any disputes arising shall be settled through mediation or legal proceedings in Singapore.
